Hi, I have a Lexmark printer that can't communicate with my laptop. It seems to be a problem with communicating through the USB port. I have reinstalled the Lexmark software and gone through the trouble shooting modes but still no communication. Do I need to buy a new printer? Both my wife and I are having the same problem (she is OS windows 7 and I was OS 8.1 but now OS 10). Regards I finally got my Lexmark 4690 to work with Windows 10!
