However without eye primer, only bb cream on me it only smudge a little. Like I mentioned before, I live in a humid place so this is a nice eyeliner.

I've tried pencil, gel, liquid - nothing will stay on. Pencil rubs off in five minutes, gel gets maybe twenty minutes, and liquid (even the vaunted Dollywink) only stays on for like two hours on my top lash line. I don't think I have especially greasy eyelids, but I do have a very pronounced mono lid. I don't know about priming since I'm just easing into makeup (eyeliner and lip tints are about all I'll wear) and I didn't know you could prime a lash line. For gel or pencil you could try going over it with a black eyeshadow to set the liner. This should extend the wear a bit. For liquid liner I personally never had any problems with Physician's Formula's liquid liners.
It's not AB but it is my holy grail. Using an eye primer also does help. I will rub it along my eyelid but not so close that it gets in my eye. I'm not sure of any AB brands but Urban Decay's eye primer is highly rated and a tube does last a long time.
